Spanish food at it's finest, Cabrito is a tapas bar and restaurant with some world-renowned chefs cooking up a storm.

Inspired by his travels across sunny Spain, Michelin Star trained chef Alex Carriere decided to set up camp in Vancouver and bring the flavours of the Med with him. His restaurant encourages community, laughter and good times and is ready and armed with an informal vibe, playful Spanish tiles, hundreds of twinkling lights and a groovy outdoor area for live performances.

If you're not up for sharing, you're in the wrong place. Their tapas selection is innovative and unbelievably tasty. Take your pick of the fried squid, duck breast with pickled onions, paella croquettes and creamy mushrooms with quail eggs.

Even the paella is made for two hungry diners. Go ahead and order yourself a ginormous bowl of Spanish, fishy, (or vegetarian should you wish), yellower-than-the-sun goodness. Then order yourself a pitcher of Cabrito Sangria; the sore head is tomorrow's problem!
